What do you mean mom's the only one who can be single minded??? I was just thinking today about how I've been working on a couple churches books to get them straightened out, just a minute, ok I'm back, OSU is losing to Texas, and staying focused on that and getting ready for the Floriday trip for RDS, just a minute, whew! found a couple pieces to put together of the Grans puzzle, anyway, and being ready for their FOUR training days which is going to be tough, OK I'm back, had to change the laundry, talk to mom, eat a pixie stick and play with the dog, so you can add ME to the list of single mindedness in, Whew! sure feel a lot better after that little trip to the c-n! our family.....

I just do a quick, mostly ineffective shave;just enough to convince myself I'm well groomed (barely) until the long hairs I keep missing behind my ankle bone attract my attention waving in the Okie wind. That's usually on a sunny day at the Starbuck's patio with friends, where there isn't much you can do about it but, um, cross your ankles the other way and shift your lower extremities into whatever shadow you can find.

My $.02: It's all about the cookies. Make sure your browser is set to not accept 3rd-party cookies (I mean, they'd be totally stale by the third party anyway!). I also use three browsers - Firefox for the important stuff like online banking, Chrome for social stuff like Facebook or Blogger, and Safari for general anonymous browsing, news, research, etc. And, never let anything save your password(s) and if it asks you to turn on "auto-complete", remember Nancy Reagan and just say no. :-)

My mom started losing her hearing at 16 and is now about 90 percent deaf. Very hard to deal with. I have some hearing loss, too. I don't hear terrific, but so far not too bad.

I agree - if everyone would quitting yelling and listen, we might actually make some worthwhile progress.
