It's Friday. What can I say...

I’m pretty sure I’m missing the part of the brain that allows one to apply eyeliner. After many attempts, I went to the master –Tessa patiently gave me a few tips. But no. Still can’t do it. I end up looking like a drunk hooker, all smeary and crooked, like I should stagger out to the corner in my leopard print mini skirt and stilettos hoping for a blind (or desperate) politician to roll by in his window-darkened limo. I met someone recently who had THE most perfect eyeliner. I was fascinated by the smooth, straight lines. After further contemplation though, I’m beginning to wonder if that wasn’t permanent makeup. You know- the procedure they politely call permanent cosmetics or dermapigmentation. Don’t kid yourself. It’s really just a tattoo. I’m thinking of trying it.

you are absolutely right, permanent cosmetics are a tattoo, no two ways about it.
it takes an experienced person to perform these procedures and a good place to find someone is thru the SPCP - Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.

I've always wanted to try permanent makeup. Maybe I'll look into it further. I would definitely want the benefits of this during the summer months. I can't apply eyeliner for the life of me either so this would be perfect. http://www.nouveaucontourusa.com/about-us.html
